The tourist information office was established in 1995 as part of the municipal office Ústí nad Orlicí. It has its seat on the town hall ground floor. Among its main tasks are services in the area of tourism and town promotion. It represents the town on tourism fairs and exhibitions. The information office is a member of the Czech Tourist Information Office Association (Asociace turistických informačních center ČR). Within its certification system, it is classified under the B category. It helps to manage the tourism domain for the Pardubice region (východnicechy.info).
